DentALL seeks to ensure access to comprehensive dental care in underserved communities.
DentALL was founded as part of an effort to improve access to dental care in underserved communities. Our mission is to eliminate oral health disparities by creating sustainable, community-centered dental homes. We strive to ensure everyone has access to comprehensive, culturally competent care, improving the well-being of underserved populations.
Barriers to dental health care contribute to significant oral health disparities, with underserved communities experiencing higher rates of dental diseases. Poor oral health is linked to various systemic health issues, including heart disease, diabetes, and adverse pregnancy outcomes, underscoring the critical need for accessible dental care.
We work to bring successful dental home models to communities with unique needs, ensuring everyone has fair access to care. Our goal is to close gaps in oral health and create lasting, community focused dental homes that improve the health of underserved populations.
Our Model
DentALL utilizes portable and/or mobile dental equipment and maintains a consistent team and schedule, ensuring reliable and regular dental care for those who have not previously had access. We are dedicated to creating sustainable, community-focused dental homes that provide comprehensive, accessible, and culturally competent care, making a lasting impact on the oral health and overall well-being of underserved populations.
Portable Clinics
DentALL's portable dental equipment allows us to set up dental clinics in unique community spaces like schools, community centers, or senior homes, making dental care accessible where people gather. It is a flexible approach to overcoming barriers such as transportation or mobility challenges.
Mobile Clinics
DentAll's fully equipped dental vans enable us to reach remote and rural areas where traditional dental clinics are unavailable. By bringing comprehensive care directly to these communities, we can bridge the gap for those facing geographic or logistical barriers to oral health care.
Meet the Team
-
Jessica Dubek, DDS
FOUNDER
I founded DentALL after working over a decade in public health, where the need for better oral health care in underserved populations became evident. Having the experience of building trusted dental homes for communities most in need is now my mission to expand our reach and decrease barriers.

Laine Holubik
OPERATIONS MANAGER
After many years of working chair side as a dental assistant, I transitioned to an administrative role at a Tribal clinic, where I gained invaluable experience in growing a trusted dental home. This journey has deepened my passion for fostering accessible, community-focused oral healthcare.

Bethany Cruz
ORCAS ISLAND OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Having the opportunity to help my neighbors gain access to dentistry has been an incredible experience, both for me and for the Orcas Island community. Working as a dental assistant for the past decade, I settled on Orcas Island, where community is one of the most important things I value and treasure.
Van Art
The Thunderbird symbolizes the qualities that align with our mission to deliver dental care to underserved communities: resilience and adaptability. It serves as a reminder of our commitment to overcome obstacles and transform access to dentistry.
As I explored the options of how to design the vans I was drawn to the Lummi artist, Jason A. LaClair. Jason's art work around the Bellingham area reflected the community and aligned with how I wanted DentALL to be reflected. I had the privilege to act both as Dental Director and Dentist for the Lummi Nation for a decade and wanted to honor the community and culture. Jason and I were working together and he sent samples for me to review - they were all beautiful and I wasn’t sure how to decide what would be the permanent fixture on the vans. Luckily, mother nature gave me a nudge and it all became very clear what art would be displayed.
On November 22nd, 2024 during a bomb cyclone that brought severe weather to the region, DentALL faced a challenging day. Our usual travel plans were disrupted, grounding planes and forcing us to take a boat charter to reach one of our clinics. Despite warnings of large swells and poor conditions, the charter company assured us they could transport us safely.
During a break between patients, I received a call from Jason to discuss the art for the vans. I had been particularly drawn to a Thunderbird design, and Jason explained its meaning. The Thunderbird represents a deep connection to nature, as well as themes of power, protection, and transformation. His words stayed with me, bringing a sense of calm as we prepared for the return trip.
As we were boarding the boat, I shared the Thunderbird’s symbolism with my team. As we launched into the open water, we saw a bright rainbow over our destination. It felt like a powerful sign and confirmed the Thunderbird as the right design to represent DentALL.
Thank you to our amazing team!
